What kinds of businesses do you work with?

We work with businesses of all sizes, from startups to enterprises. Currently, we are only taking on partnerships with businesses that have an AI budget of at least $20k / month.

How long does implementation usually take?

We find the most value in engagements that are at least 3 months long - this is because a lot of time must be spent on consulting and road mapping. However, continuous feedback and iteration are critical to ensuring our customers are happy, so we aim to have an initial POC within 3 weeks of each engagement.

Who owns the AI that you build for customers?

All the IP (Zynco-Gpt, workflows, custom code, database infrastructure, and anything related to the project) you, as the customer, own all of the intellectual property rights and licensing rights for that software system. If our partnership ends and we're no longer doing development work together, we provide a full handoff with extremely robust documentation, clear training, and user guides for the entire system. All of the IP is yours from day one.

How does your pricing work?

We take an outcome-based pricing model. This means that in the initial discovery phase of our engagement, we will align with our clients on success criteria and develop a TMAP (technical mutual action plan). Our pricing is then decided by a fixed monthly rate with a timeline and clear deliverables.

What industries do you specialize in?

We've worked with clients in a variety of industries, including SaaS, Retail, Finance, Real Estate, and E-commerce. Our consultative approach to building and deploying AI solutions is industry-agnostic, and we'd love to hear about what industry you are building in!

Do you build solutions from scratch or leverage tools?

It depends on the size and scope of the projects. In some cases, building custom code from the ground up is advisable, and in other cases, it would be more efficient to leverage existing frameworks and tooling. This is something that we scope out together and provide our clients with all of the data they need so that we can make educated decisions together.

How do I know if AI is a good fit for my business?

If your business deals with large amounts of data, repetitive tasks, customer interactions, or decision-making bottlenecks, AI can likely create significant value. We'll work with you to identify opportunities where AI can increase efficiency, reduce costs, or unlock new revenue — even if you're just getting started.
